These groups are for

women of any age who have been emotionally, physically, sexually, financially and/or socially abused.  Topics include emotional and physical health, self nurturing, personal safety and reducing stress and its effects on your life.  Child care is provided for the Lewiston/Clarkston group only, at no charge.  Click on the links above for exact location, dates and topics for each group.
